NOTE: As of 2022 the Center for Executive Coaching is now accredited with the ICF as a Level 2 Coach Training Organization. The ICF has changed their language and replaced ACTP with Level 2. We were among the first group of coach training programs to receive this accreditation, after a rigorous review by the ICF.

How do you do on the 4-part Practice Development Assessment?

One of the strengths of the Center for Executive Coaching is our heavy, solid emphasis on building your coaching practice. Following is a 4-part assessment that all of our members take to determine how well they are doing now and where they need to improve.

Take it for yourself and see how you are doing….

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being GREAT and 1 being AWFUL, rate yourself on the truth of the following 4 statements in your own coaching practice:

1. On a scale of 1 to 10, you can document a 5 to 10 times return on investment on your fees, in terms of the results you get for your clients.

2. On a scale of 1 to 10, you communicate your value to prospects and your target market in a way that demonstrates a 5 to 10 times return on investment on your fees.

3. On a scale of 1 to 10, people in your target market know you as THE go-to expert and solution provider in your market for the isssue(s) you address, and not just another commodity coach.

4. On a scale of 1 to 10, you make business development a top priority. If you aren't working with clients, you are using your time to get visible in your market as a leading expert.

Most coaches have serious gaps in one or more of the above issues. We can help you address those gaps when you sign up for our Certified Executive Coach program. We give you 3 marketing manuals, a series of weekly calls covering six steps to building a successful coaching practice, and one on one support to review your marketing materials and action plan.
