When I decided to pursue coaching as a full time profession, I did a lot of research to find the right program for me. I had attended a webinar that Andrew held and was immediately impressed by the way he presented coaching. I joined the program in January 2018, and began attending the weekly calls. I was impressed by how much my confidence grew, along with my knowledge base of coaching. Andrew has a unique way of teaching that I find quite enjoyable. In the Center for Executive Coaching, there is always a practical business related approach to coaching, there is no fluff or reliance on theory. It’s easy to see how a particular case or scenario can be applied in the “real world.” In addition to teaching you the coaching principles and foundational skills needed to succeed, Andrew also teaches you how to start up and run your own practice. My confidence as a coach was further boosted when I signed my first client.
I had the privilege of attending the Center for Executive Coaching 4-day certification program in May 2018, and enjoyed not only meeting Andrew in person and working with him, but I also enjoyed meeting and working with the other participants in the program. I was impressed with the backgrounds that each participant brought to the table, and enjoyed being able to partner with each of them during different assignments throughout the program. I would highly recommend Andrew as a coach, and if you are looking to become an executive coach, look no further than the Center for Executive Coaching for your certification. My coaching certification with the CEC has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my personal development.
