I recently attended the Executive Coaching certification seminar offered by Andrew Neitlich from the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC). I really appreciate Andrew’s straightforward, no nonsense, and effective approach to executive coaching. He stresses the focus on our clients and their results, and provides simple, common-sense frameworks that can be immediately applied to any coaching engagement (or for many business discussions, for that matter). The 3.5-day seminar itself was engaging, with plenty of opportunity to practice, evaluate, and even come up with new ideas and frameworks ourselves.
Andrew is also very committed to his students, offering continuous support for us far beyond the seminar or the length of the program classes. As someone who has reached out to him at different times with questions on specific coaching situations, I can attest that he is true to his words on his support and responsiveness.
Whether you are new to coaching and want to establish a solid foundation, or you want to sharpen your coaching skills to complement your leadership experience, I would highly recommend Andrew and the CEC.
