CEC Graduate Interview: CEO becomes a coach as encore career

David Nettina is a CEC Graduate who got into coaching after being the CEO of a publicly traded company that he helped to sell. He built his plaform in part by being a Vistage chair (we have a few members who are also Vistage chairs). For him, Vistage gave him instant credibility while he built up his private coaching practice.

In this interview, he explains why he got into coaching and gives some great advice about the time required to build a successful practice, getting into the mindset of an effective coach, and building support.

Most importantly, listen until the end when he shares why coaching is so fulfilling as an encore career.
