You earn your Executive Coaching Certification from the Center for Executive Coaching, along with the option to complete requirements for the CEC Business Coach and CEC Career Coach Certification. Plus, all your seminar hours count toward a future ICF certification track if desired.

Is this program ICF-accredited?

Yes. The training component meets all ICF requirements. Mentor coaching is required for ICF designation is available separately through an additional fee.

How is this different from other programs?

Our Virtual Seminars are equal parts breakouts for practice and discussion with faculty. It combines focused live training with practical tools and ongoing access to hundreds of resources. It’s immersive, efficient, and designed to get results.

How soon can I get certified?

You will earn your CEC Executive Coach Certification in as little as 2–3 days by attending the seminar. Most coaches continue learning and deepening their skills through our platform over time or count those seminar hours toward future ICF certification after adding on mentor coaching.

Can I still access the content after the seminar?

Absolutely. You can access the member site, including all learning materials, tools, and our global coaching community, even after your program is completed.
