Review the coach education hours requirements found on the Center for Credentialing and Education website. Requirements vary based on educational and professional background. Our program supports all variations.
Acquire & Log Your Coach Education Hours
Earn your coach education hours by engaging with self-paced modules, reading our textbook, and attending live sessions where our faculty leverage real-life coaching scenarios and encourage breakouts for practice.
Acquire & Log Your Coach Practice Hours
Coach clients or fellow coaches to log your required practice hours (as defined by the CCE). We’ll help you connect with other coaches through our barter coaching network to simplify the process.
Submit Hours to CEC for Validation
Once you’ve met all requirements, submit your logged hours & documentation to CEC for review. After validation, we will provide our CEC certification and act as your sponsor in the BCC application process.
Apply for the BCC & Pass the Exam
With our sponsorship and your documentation, you’re ready to apply – we’ll guide you through the process of applying for BCC certification and completing your exam.
