    Michael Neuendorff

    PCC | Certified Mentor Coach | CEC faculty member

    Michael Neuendorff is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Certified Mentor Coach, and longtime CEC faculty member. A former marketing director at Oracle Corp. with a BS in Advertising from Arizona State University, Michael brings a unique blend of coaching expertise, business development experience, and practical marketing insight to the CEC Coaching Business Accelerator.

    Michael has been coaching since 2008 and has been a member of the CEC faculty since 2019. In addition to leading CEC programs and in-person coach training seminars, he has built and grown his own executive coaching business, working with leaders in large and midsize companies in areas including communication, success in a new role, and building high-performance teams.

    Through his work with executive coaching clients, coach trainees, and entrepreneurs, Michael brings a practical, real-world perspective to helping coaches clarify their value, strengthen their market presence, and grow a business they are proud to run.
