A seasoned coach, leadership advisor, and trainer, I graduated with Distinction from Harvard Business School. I managed multi-million dollar projects for an international consulting firm, and led their training program, developing over 3,200 professionals.

Coaching became my passion after discovering its potential during client work. Learning to market myself as a coach allowed me to work with amazing clients and experience greater fulfillment in my career.

Building on my experience, I launched The Center for Executive Coaching, and we have become an ICF-accredited leader in training and certifying executive coaches.
