Frequently Asked Questions About the
CEC Team Coach Certification Path

This program does not include the required Coaching Supervision element that must be completed for the ICF ACTC, and at the end of this program, you will receive the CEC Team Coaching Certification. However, this program is accredited by the ICF for ACTC and provides all hours needed for the ICF ACTC, and you have the option to add Coaching Supervision to this purchase at any time. What this means is that if, at any point during or after your CEC Team Coaching Program completion, you decide to pursue the ICF ACTC certification, all the hours you have earned in our program will count toward the requirements for the ACTC and all you need to do is add Coaching Supervision to your program for an additional $1200.

Since our program is accredited by the ICF, once you start our Team Coaching program, you immediately start earning coach training hours for the ICF certification, whether you plan to apply or not. If, during the program, you determine you do want to apply for ICF ACTC, you can add our Coaching Supervision program to meet the final requirement for that certification. Please do note that the ICF requires that ACTC applicants hold a currently active ICF ACC designation at the time of application.
