Yes!  More than 30% of our CEC members receive their certification from us and go on to work as internal coaches employed in all sizes of corporations.  We also train and certify many professionals who, while not officially titled “internal coach”, do a significant amount of executive coaching as part of their full-time job.  Our coach training is applicable to any executive coach, operating in any setting or business. 

CEC certification is our internal credential that equips you with the practical tools and frameworks to coach executives effectively. ICF certification is an internationally recognized credential governed by the International Coaching Federation. We offer both ICF-accredited programs (Level 1 and Level 2) and non-ICF CEC pathways, so you can choose what best aligns with your goals.

The only “in-person” requirement is for our In Person Seminar.  All other programs are completely virtual and scheduled to fit your busy life and goals.

No, at this time, we are not offering scholarships to our programs.   

Yes.  All of our programs are accredited by the ICF as a Level 1, Level 2, and/or Advanced Certification in Team Coaching provider.  In addition, we are accredited by the Center for Credentialing and Education and are a provider of their Board Certified Coach certification preparation. 

Our programs prepare you for and provide all the requirements needed for you to apply for and sit for the exam for the ICF and/or BCC certification.  Each of those bodies will require paperwork and validation from the CEC to verify you have completed the requirements of our program.  We will provide that documentation once you have completed our program.  You will then officially apply to the ICF and/or BCC and sit for their certification exam. 

No. Many members start with our Core Program and decide to pursue ICF credentialing later. We’ll guide you through your options and help you map your path once you’re ready.

It depends on your pace and your chosen path. Most members complete their certification within 3–6 months. If you’re pursuing ICF credentials, the timeline may extend slightly due to required mentor coaching hours.

We offer both. Our program includes live interactive sessions with faculty and on-demand recorded modules, so you can learn on your own schedule without missing key content.

You’ll have access to experienced faculty, peer learning groups, and a robust member portal packed with tools, recordings, and coaching resources. We’re known for our ongoing support that goes far beyond what typical programs offer.
