A Clear Return on Investment

A single team coaching engagement can be worth tens of thousands of dollars for external coaches. For internal coaches, team coaching can be instrumental in helping organizations improve performance and achieve their most important priorities.

Your investment in this program represents a fraction of the potential benefits.

The tuition for the Team Coaching Certification Program – without the ICF supervised coaching —  is $3,500. You can even pay seven monthly installments of $500 or save $100 by paying up front.

Add $1,000 (or two more monthly payments of $500) for the supervised coaching required if you wish to apply to the ICF for their Advanced Team Coaching Credential (Total $4,500 or 9 monthly payments of $500).

(Please also budget a nominal amount to purchase a few publicly available resources (books, movies) about teams.)
