Jessica Mordo

Jessica Mordo is the founder of Insider Advisory & Coaching, a boutique firm specializing in human capital strategy and executive coaching. With nearly two decades of experience in financial services - including leadership roles at Global Infrastructure Partners, Blackstone, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch - Jessica brings deep insider expertise in talent development, leadership coaching, and organizational strategy.
Blending her corporate experience with her background as a certified group fitness instructor, Jessica integrates principles of wellbeing, resilience, and sustainable performance into her coaching. She helps professionals and teams unlock their full potential with actionable strategies that enhance both effectiveness and energy. Her work is especially impactful for early-career professionals, emerging leaders, and women navigating transitions.
Jessica holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and an M.A. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University Before founding Insider Advisory & Coaching, Jessica spent over a decade in human capital leadership roles, most recently serving as Head of Talent. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers.

With more than 30 years of experience in the luxury hospitality, travel & leisure sector and executive search, Florian developed a deep understanding of the industry by partnering closely with senior executives, owners, and organizations throughout Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
His coaching approach is both transformational and strengths based. Florian supports leaders in uncovering their authentic leadership style, enabling them to lead with confidence and integrity. At the same time, he provides practical strategies and tools that equip them to thrive in dynamic, multicultural settings. This holistic approach ensures that leaders are well-prepared to meet the challenges of today's global business landscape.
Originally from Berlin, Florian had the opportunity to live and work in nine different countries. This international exposure has fueled his passion for working with talent, fostered a genuine appreciation for cultural diversity, and reinforced his commitment to developing people and their careers.

Founder and President of Vida Rose Coaching Solutions, LLC, her track record as an executive coach is based on strengths, competencies, and values that drive measurable results and help people, teams and organizations achieve desired outcomes.
Focused on helping global leaders turn their vision into strategy and their plans into actions, Malina has helped clients across industries including finance, technology, cyber security, government, healthcare, pharma, oil and gas, nuclear energy, and nonprofits among others. She places trust, sincerity, and a passion for her clients’ success at the core of every coaching relationship.
Malina is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Certified Disaster Recovery Coach (CDRC). She is a Member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean/Harvard Medical School; and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). A former Fulbright Scholar, Malina holds Master of Arts degrees from New York University (Journalism) and St. Kliment Ohridsky University of Sofia, Bulgaria (English Philology).
