UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIP
What Makes the KU & CEC Executive Coach Certification Unique
A First-of-Its-Kind Collaboration
The only in-person executive coaching certification co-led by a leading coaching organization and a major research university. The partnership between the Center for Executive Coaching and the University of Kansas blends practical coaching methodology with academic leadership insight.
Academic Leadership Perspective
The University of Kansas brings research-based leadership perspectives to the program through its School of Professional Studies. Faculty, including Dean Stuart Day, contribute insights on leadership, organizational dynamics, and personal branding within modern organizations.
Coaching Inside Organizations
This seminar includes dedicated sessions exploring how executive coaching operates within organizations. Participants learn how leaders, HR professionals, and internal coaches apply coaching frameworks to develop talent, support change, and strengthen leadership across teams.
Exceptional Value
Many university-led coaching certifications cost $18K–$28K and require months to complete. This immersive program delivers certification in just four days while providing ongoing access to coaching tools, learning resources, and the CEC professional community.
Bonus Certifications & Continued Support
Participants receive Business Coach Certification and Career Coach Certification at no additional cost. After the seminar, you’ll also have access to CEC’s coaching tools, resources, and community to support your continued development as a coach. Participants also receive six months of access to CoachPilot, CEC’s AI-powered coaching simulator, to continue practicing and refining their coaching skills.
