Day 1: February 24th 9am-5pm ET

Morning

  • Introductions 
  • Active Inquiry: How to conduct the core coaching conversation to get results
  • The Coaching Process
  • From the coach’s perspective: the engagement from start to finish
  • Client facing: how to show clients you have an efficient, effective process for results

 

Afternoon

  • Assessing the client and situation to generate valuable insights and accelerate progress
  • Using a highly validated assessment to get from the “what” to the “so what”
  • Best practice in conducting a 360-degree verbal assessment
  • The Leadership Dashboard/Development Plan as a highly focused assessment and coaching tool 

Day 2: February 25th 9am-5pm ET

Morning

  • Coaching practice and networking
  • Behavioral Coaching: a foundational coaching methodology to improve leadership and impact
  • Perceptual Coaching: how to shift limiting perceptions that could be holding a leader back
  • The Coaching Process (a third perspective to tie our work together so far): The one-page coaching plan

 

Afternoon

  •  Situational Coaching (subject to change pending group interest and time; requests welcome)
  • Coaching leaders to get clear on their professional brand
  • Coaching clients to develop a strong powerbase of professional relationships
  • Team Coaching 

Day 3: February 26th 9am-5pm ET

  • Situational Coaching (continued) 
  • Coaching clients for successful high-stakes influence conversations.
  • Coaching clients to engage and motivate direct reports and teams
  • Coaching clients to handle overwhelm and too many priorities/too little time

 

Afternoon

  • Coaching clients to create a high-performance culture
  • Put the Pieces Together: Case study selection about conceptualizing common coaching situations and engagements
  • Review of third-party certification and designation requirements (ICF and BCC)
  • Accountability Coaching: Setting your plan for the next month and quarter so that you gain momentum

Day 3.5: February 27th 9am-12:30pm ET

  • Mastering the Sales Stage Session: Techniques for Selling Executive Coaching Services with Confidence
  • Focused Growth Session: Project Management for Building Your Coaching Business
