Sheri is the CEC Director of Training and leads our ICF Mentor Coaching program at the Center for Executive Coaching. A Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Board-Certified Coach (BCC), Sheri brings over two decades of global coaching, mentoring, and facilitation experience to the CEC community. Her specialty lies in cultivating powerful coaching conversations that spark clarity, transformation, and measurable results.
Sheri’s coaching roots run deep. She launched her coaching business in 1998 and went on to lead global training at the International Coach Academy, where she mentored students from over 90 countries. Her earlier career included leadership roles in healthcare, HR, and even owning a successful restaurant—giving her a uniquely grounded and diverse lens on business and human behavior.
In addition to her work at CEC, Sheri is the founder of MCC Mentor Coach and co-creator of the Deeper Conversations Coaching Program. She’s also co-author of Pause: 52 Ways to Shift Any Outcome in Less Than a Minute.
