He specializes in leadership development, communication, team building, and helping executives succeed in new roles. A seasoned facilitator, Michael brings real-world insight, deep assessment expertise, and coaching mastery to every seminar. He's certified in Conversational Intelligence, Genos Emotional Intelligence, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and DiSC.
