A Harvard Business School graduate and former consultant, Andrew transitioned to coaching after realizing the value of trusted advisory relationships over traditional consulting methods. This career change inspired him to create the Center for Executive Coaching, which distinguishes itself by focusing on practical, results-driven coaching strategies. Since launching, CEC has grown to serve members in 32 countries.
Drawing from his own successful coaching practice and extensive experience, Andrew has authored several books on leadership and coaching, emphasizing the importance of practical results and significant value for clients. Today, he leads the Center, ensuring it remains a premier, intimate community for coaches committed to making a real impact.

Sheri Boone serves as Director of Training and leads the ICF Mentor Coaching process for the Center for Executive Coaching. She is an executive coach, coach trainer and mentor, working with clients around the world. Her expertise lies in creating the masterful coaching conversation, and in fostering a space of growth and opportunity that leads her clients to profound shifts in results. Along with a degree in psychology, her diverse business background adds a wealth of experience to her work.
Prior to coaching, Sheri worked in healthcare, human resource management, government, and owning a successful restaurant on the Oregon coast for seven years. Starting her coaching business in 1998, she served for four years as the Global Training Manager for the International Coach Academy, leading a staff of 15 and supervising and mentoring students from 90 countries. She has worked with Washington State University, AmeriCorps, Accenture, Providence Health Systems, and Freeport McMoran Copper and Gold.
As the owner of MCC Mentor Coach, Sheri is the co-creator of the Deeper Conversations Coaching Program. She is a co-author of Pause: 52 Ways to Shift Any Outcome in Less Than a Minute.
Sheri holds a B.A. in Social Science/Psychology from Marylhurst University. She received her Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation in 2004, her Board-Certified Coach in 2011, and is a Master Certified Inspired Learning Facilitator.

Martha has spent over 30 years in Fortune 500 companies and small business specializing in high stakes start-ups, culture change and operational transformations assignments. In 2018, she opened Fremont Consulting Group and transitioned to executive coaching focusing in these areas to reach more people and help business leaders and their teams reach higher levels of performance. Martha has taken her international operations experiences and applied executive coaching to the lessons learned to create quicker solutions for her clients. She is a certified six sigma black belt, certified Genos Emotional Intelligence practitioner, Certified Organizational Development Coach and Certified NLP coach. Martha holds a BS in Packaging Science from Michigan State University and an MS in Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relations from Rutgers University. She has her PCC with the International Coaching Federation.
Daiana is a member of our faculty, leading coach training in our Eastern European market. She is an executive coach for leaders, with a Master Certified Coach (MCC) Credential by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Coach Supervisor and a Registered ICF Mentor Coach. She served as a President, Communication Director and Member of the Board of Directors at the ICF Romania Chapter. As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), she works with leaders from startup entrepreneurs to C-level executives- who have bold visions and who play for high stakes. As a Certified Mentor Coach by ICF, she is certified to offer mentor coaching programs for coaches interested in applying or renewing their ACC (Associate Certified Coach), PCC (Professional Certified Coach), or MCC (Master Certified Coach) Credential and need the required 10 hours of mentoring. As a Coach Supervisor she works with leaders and entrprenuers that take their work seriously enough to set up a reflective space where they can review that work, learn from it and apply that learning when they return to it. She also works with coaches who bring their work to another individual/or group in order to learn how to do that work better. Daiana is a pioneer in the coaching world in Eastern Europe, both as an executive and leadership coach and in the many coaching professionals she has trained, and who now look to her as their mentor.
Michael Neuendorff is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Certified Mentor Coach. He leads Cycle 2 of our weekly Zoom Meetings and also presents our in-person coach training and certification seminars in Northern California. He’s been coaching since 2008 and has been a member of our faculty since 2019. He actively coaches leaders in large and midsize companies and specializes in the areas of communication, success in a new role, and building high- performance teams. In his coaching practice, Michael uses the PXT Select, DiSC, and Genos Emotional Intelligence suites of assessments and the Checkpoint 360 survey. Michael is certified in Conversational Intelligence and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. When not coaching, Michael is facilitating and training, and gives back by providing pro-bono coaching via the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Makers program. He’s a former marketing director at Oracle Corp. and holds a BS Advertising degree from Arizona State University.
Ridhima leads coach certification trainings as a CEC faculty member in Western Europe and is also the founder of “The Executive Coaching Bootcamp”. Based in London, she is an Executive Coach Master Trainer and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), as a well as an experienced executive/ leadership coach, team coach and agile coach. Having trained the coaches of organizations such as SWIFT, BP and IBM, as well coaching their leaders, Ridhima is an experienced executive/leadership coach and coach trainer. She also has a background in leading learning and development programs for FTSE 100 organizations and coaching their internal professional coaches as part of their large scale agile transformation.
David Brendel, M.D., Ph.D., is a Board-certified psychiatrist and Professional Certified Coach (ICF) with expertise in cognitive psychology, psychopharmacology, and executive coaching. He earned his M.D. from Harvard Medical School and a Ph.D. in philosophy of mind from the University of Chicago. David is a Professional Certified Coach of the ICF who empowers clients to succeed in major leadership roles. He has coached hundreds of executive leaders across diverse industries such as healthcare, biotech, financial services, and higher education, helping them enhance self-awareness, manage stress, and achieve strategic goals. David has been published extensively, including in the Harvard Business Review, and has authored two books, “Healing Psychiatry” and “Think Talk Create”.
