CEC Alumni Terry Hobbs shares how to use executive coaching to stay relevant and valuable through a long career

Terry Hobbs already had a very successful career as an HR executive and consultant before he came to the Center for Executive Coaching. After becoming a Certified Executive Coach with us, he found ways to become even more relevant and add more value to his clients. His practice emphasizes employee engagement, executive development, executive alignment, and organizational development in his work. He notes that many former executives he knows lament the fact that, past a certain age, prospective employers/colleagues stop calling. This hasn’t happened to Terry. He is in more demand than ever, largely thanks to his shift towards coaching. Executive coaching can be a fantastic encore career!

In this video, Terry shares his insights and advice, and how his coaching practice has developed. Enjoy! If you like what you see and would like to join our program, please contact Direct Andrew Neitlich at andrewneitlich@centerforexecutivecoaching.com.
