Michael is an executive coach and faculty member at CEC with over 15 years of coaching experience. He specializes in leadership development, communication, team building, and helping executives succeed in new roles. A seasoned facilitator, Michael brings real-world insight, deep assessment expertise, and coaching mastery to every seminar. He's certified in Conversational Intelligence, Genos Emotional Intelligence, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and DiSC. A former Oracle marketing director, Michael, also gives back through pro-bono coaching via Nasdaq’s Milestone Makers program.
