I just completed Andrew’s workshop for Executive Coaching certification and am thrilled with the experience. Unlike many programs I researched, Andrew’s approach is practical and business focused. There is a good balance of theory and specific examples. There was also ample time to practice skills and share ideas and approaches. He helped establish a network of talented contacts that will help me continue to build my expertise and grow my practice. Andrew also offers a bounty of tools, resources and on-going support.
