Come to our In-Person Seminar to Achieve Immediate Certified Executive Coach Status -- Right Near San Francisco Airport

Practical, Results-Oriented, All Business. If you like to learn fast, go deep and do it all in an immersive environment alongside fellow participants, then our in-person seminar is for you.

By popular demand we offer an in-person seminar a few times a year that is led by our veteran faculty member on the West Coast, Michael Neuendorff.

If you prefer to learn in a classroom environment where you can use all your senses and be totally immersed, you will love this version of our world-class executive coaching training and certification seminar.

“I began my formal Executive Coaching journey by first enrolling in the Center for Executive Coaching. The curriculum and resources are outstanding, but they’re brought to life in practical, real-world teaching by Michael Neuendorff who serves as a faculty member. Michael is a seasoned Executive Coach who has a great command of the material and a talent for instructing the sessions in a thoughtful, engaging and inclusive manner. Michael genuinely cares about the success of those enrolled and is quick to share resources, best practices and supplementary materials to everyone. His instructional expertise further confirmed I made the right choice getting certified thru the Center for Executive Coaching.” – Craig A. Coffey,

Each day you will learn different aspects of how to coach executives and leaders, with the goal of joining the ranks of the world’s top 5% of executive coaches. In turn you will also coach each day so your knowledge, skills and confidence all grow in equal measure.

Apart from the learning experience, we add the networking experience. This seminar features the very popular after hours mixer on Friday evening, which puts you face-to-face with veteran members of the Center for Executive Coaching who’ve walked the path ahead of you and are eager to meet you and support your journey. We get so much positive feedback about this part of our program and you’re sure to make some great contacts.

You will also participate in a group project that’s not only fun and memorable, but also challenging in a good way.

Breakfast and lunch are included on each full day along with printed materials and a few surprise gifts.

We wrap up the event with graduation where you will receive your certification as an Executive Coach. It’s the perfect end to a wonderfully engaging event.

“I have very much appreciated Michael Neuendorff’s teaching approach at the Center for Executive Coaching. Michael appreciates that the cohort is made up of seasoned professionals and manages to mentor and make content relevant and useful, even to students/clients who have a lot of experience themselves. Michael is an expert who is accessible in his communication style and people learn from his willingness to share his own experiences and past mistakes. He is invested in client success and is open to continuing to learn, a great quality he models. Any client would be lucky to work with him.” – Karen Eisenthal

This premier experience does require a greater investment of time and resources, but we believe you’ll find it more than worth it.

As with our Virtual Seminar, if you are interested in fast tracking your way towards a credential such as the ICF ACC (Associate Certified Coach) or the CC&E BCC (Board Certified Coach), you’ll accumulate a big chunk of your required live training hours at this event.

Our next in-person seminar will run from November 1-4, 2023 in the San Francisco Bay Area at the Hilton Garden Inn. Space is limited to ensure an excellent experience for all participants. Therefore, we highly recommend securing your spot as soon as possible.

It is 3.5 days of dynamic, interactive sessions focused on getting you grounded in the principles of high-level executive and leadership coaching. You will learn executive coaching conversation to apply towards any situation, the role of assessments in coaching, how to guide a leader towards solutions for specific challenges, how to sell and market yourself as a coach within a niche (or position yourself strategically as an internal coach) and the creation of a 30-day plan before ending the program.

The program runs for three consecutive days from 9:00 am to roughly 5:30 pm. On the 4th day, you’ll start at 9:00 am and wrap up by 1:00 pm.

“I’m extremely happy that I made the investment in myself by joining the Center for Executive Coaching! I have no doubt that I’ll be a successful executive coach by utilizing the many resources this program makes available. Michael Neuendorff is an excellent trainer, facilitator, and coach. He brings the materials and learning to life. He shared real-time examples of various frameworks to work with individuals, groups and organizations.
